Executive - SALES & RESERVATIONS
This position is for someone who has worked in sales/reservations of a restaurant/bar and understand corporate/private hire deal making.
Lollipop, the company behind some of the capital's most innovative hospitality concepts, are looking for an energetic and organised candidate to work in our HQ.
The candidate should be comfortable in the following aspects.
Communication with customers on phone, email and other channels
Deal with customer reservations & bookings
Private hire sales/CRM management
Press communication at times
Internal team communication
Inbound and outbound sales campaigns and strategies
Marketing assistance/newsletter with the bars and restaurant
Sales and revenue reports and analysis
Organise events calendar and schedules for the bars
You will work with highly motivated professionals in a small team and will be given a lot of responsibility from day 1.
The position requires someone calm and experienced in dealing with difficult situations.

Understanding of reservations systems (Opentable, Collins, Resdiary - Training provided)
Good phone and email ettiquette
Organised and energetic
Passionate about innovating hospitality
Good spoken and written English
Eager to learn new systems and processes
Willing to take initiative to approach customers and generate new business
Support on ground operational teams and help in optimising customer experience
Be able to converse in French over email and phone
£22,000 - £26,000 pa depending on the experience + Bonus
