Executive - Creative (Experience and operations)
This position is to assist the CEO and Creative Director (CD) with designing hospitality experiences and operations.
Lollipop, the company behind some of the capital's most innovative hospitality concepts, are looking for an energetic and organised candidate to work in our HQ.
The candidate should be comfortable in the following aspects.
Assist the creative director to design and execute concepts
Work with operations and incorporate customer journeys into it
Deal with both internal and external parties on behalf of the CD
Track project timelines for new openings with the design team
Work with design team to continuously update and maintain current projects
Management of diary, calendar and travel for the CD
Internal team communication
Documentation of all the experience steps and creating bibles
You will work with highly motivated professionals in a small team and will be given a lot of responsibility from day 1.
The position requires someone calm and experienced in dealing with difficult situations.

Understanding of immersive experience
Technical knowledge would be ideal
Design skills - knowledge of photoshop and the likes of it.
Passionate about innovating hospitality
Good spoken and written English
Eager to learn new systems and processes
Willing to assist the CD in numerous tasks and understand creative red-lines.
Support on ground operational teams and help in optimising customer experience and implement the creative
£22,000 - £26,000 pa depending on the experience + Bonus
