Group Reservations and sales - HQ

London

This position is for someone who has worked in sales/reservations of a restaurant/bar and understand corporate/private hire deal making. 

Lollipop, the company behind some of the capital's most innovative hospitality concepts, are looking for an energetic and organised candidate to work in our HQ. 

The candidate should be comfortable in the following aspects. 

Customer reservations & bookings

Private hire sales

Press communication

Internal team communication

Admin support to the CEO

Inbound and outbound marketing and sales

Managing other members of staff in the team

Sales and revenue reports and analysis

You will work with highly motivated professionals in a small team and will be given a lot of responsibility from day 1. 

The position requires someone calm and experienced in dealing with difficult situations.

Requirements: 

Creative thinker

Organised and energetic

Good spoken and written English

Good phone and email skills as you will be talking to customers a lot

Eager to learn new systems and processes

Willing to take initiative to approach customers and generate new business

Support on ground operational teams and help in optimising customer experience

£27,000 - £30,000 pa depending on the experience + Bonus
