Operations manager- HQ


This position is suitable for someone who has worked in the management and operations of a few sites with a turnover of at least 200-300k a month. 

Lollipop, the company behind some of the capital's most innovative hospitality concepts, are looking for an energetic and organised candidate to work alongside the CEO to help organise, manage and run the operations of our bars and restaurants all over the world

The candidate should be comfortable in the following aspects. 

Set up systems, procedures and methods

Management of all on-ground staff

Quality control and making sure systems are adhered to

Finance, PnLs, Costing/budgeting

Oversee sales/revenue generation

Project activation, hiring and staff training

H&S, Regulation and other legal aspects

Be the first point of contact for all staff

Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently

Review and prepare reports for senior management

You will work with highly motivated professionals in a small team and will be responsible for managing the operations for Lollipop's projects. 

The position requires someone calm and experienced in dealing with difficult situations. It requires someone who can lead the team and the company into new horizons from an operational aspect. This person will become the "enabler" for the whole company.
